After having spent years building a successful music career, touring with Senses Fail, and playing in local bands Spirit of the Stairs and Bridegeist, Zack Roach has decided to take his love of music and give it back... for free.

Roach started coaching kids in free guitar lessons a few months ago, and his charity has taken off into new endeavors. Now, he's in talks with school officials about helping out in their music programs - which have seen drastic cuts in the last year - and turning Free Music ICT into a full fledged nonprofit organization for children who want to learn and understand music, but lack the means to do so.

Responses to this project have all been positive, and Roach hopes to keep the momentum going.

I feel strongly that now is my time to give back to my community, and this is the best way I can do that. With your help, we can make a strong effort to not just raise awareness about the importance of music education, but to actually provide it directly and personally to those who need it the most.
