Advertisers have used the online bidding platform, at, for several years to bid in real time on flips of digital billboards. The service is available for bidding on boards in Wichita and a few other locations, including in Arkansas, Louisiana and New York. But this year, President and co-founder Brandon Shuey says Fliphound is breaking into a wide new market — static billboards.
