A downtown Wichita development project will be showcased as part of an international designer workshop later this year in Washington, D.C., according to a news release.

The American Architectural Foundation announced this week that the development known as the “Project Downtown: Douglas & Market” public-private partnership will be one of a handful of projects featured in August at a designer workshop known as the Sustainable Cities Design Academy.
